Cérons A.O.C.
High terraces, formerly the preserve of windmills

Situated downstream from Sauternes and Barsac, the terroir is special owing to its soil of siliceous gravel and grainy sand and its subsoil of clay and limestone with traces of iron oxide.

The Cérons area produces, besides the white liquoreux Cérons AOC , red and dry white Graves AOC wines, as well as sweet white Graves Supérieures AOC.

Cérons liquoreux are full-bodied and complex, with a wonderful bouquet and a subtle flavour of exotic fruit.
