A prestigious vineyard, the youngest appellation, created only in September 1987, one of the oldest Bordeaux vineyard in the provostship close to the capital city of Aquitaine

The terroir spreads south and west of Bordeaux ; it comprises, like the Graves, of shiny polished pebbles contained in clay.

Its singularity comes from the fact that successive waterways have mixed their alluvia to the previous water bed to give modified gravels, excellent for the growing of vines.

The red wines, dominated by the Cabernet-Sauvignon made from Merlot, and the white wines made of Sauvignon grapes, often added to Semillon, all show a supreme elegance and great class.
Usually fermented in new oak casks, they will keep for a long time, which, in a wine, is a sign of high quality.
